Q.

I have mild cramps for 3 to 4 days after ovulation , my periods delay 1day but cramps starts. pregnancy test is negative. is it possible to be pregnant??

A. if u are still confused check beta HCG, it's a blood test from which u will get to know whether u are, by seeing it's count. or wait for another a week n test urine again.

A. These are due to implantation, which is when the fertilized egg attaches to the lining of the uterus. Implantation cramps may occur a few days after ovulation, and many women say that they feel cramps around 5 DPO.

A. Once again check after 3-4 days

A. hello you can wait and see and repeat the test again if required and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better and also safe too
