I had c section 1 week back n yesterday my doctor gave placentrex gel to apply twice daily on the wound area, but I want to know how should I clean the area with water r h2o2 solution before using the gel

A. hi you can use Luke warm water for this. prefer loose fitting Cotton clothes. keep that area clean and dry. maintain good hygiene.
