Q.

i gave birth C section and now over 1 year and its look horible till now...when i touch and see this i feel scare the skin is coming out. its look normal or something i should do for that...

A. hello...if there is no pain or discomfort then it's fine...the scar inside n outside gets healed after six weeks of delivery...after that it's dry n healed...u can start gentle exercise as well..so don't worry...if pain show to doctor
