I am worried, my two and half year old son is having worms and he keeps showing anus and asking us to itch. And i cant see him like this. I gave one spoon of water - from neem leaf boiled in water, Also applied neem oil to anus. But still he keeps itching, he is not prone to so much chocolates and biscuits. Even if he eats two biscuits a day also, immediately the result is shown this way.. he says insect biting and never takes off his hand. please note - he was given deworming medicine 5 months back. Please help.
