Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl4 years agoA. baby is now three months old s Weight gain or belly fat needs to be assesed for hormonal problems like thyroid etc . Also for weight loss need to take a proper balanced nutrition and a good physical activity is needed.
