Because of the hormonal changes post delivery there may be laxity of the muscles and fat content increase.
You should not worry just do some calorie restricrtion specially for sugar and fat which should be avoided in excess and do regular exercise for mudscle strengthening which should be gradually increased . Also take plenty of liquids and give proper breastfeeding to the baby which will also be beneficial in management of the weight .

Stay hydrated healthy
Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
Take well balanced nutritious food including fat carbohydrates protein
