How to reduce the belly after c section? Is it possible to reduce? Do I need to follow any medication for belly reduction?

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician5 years agoA. hi parent ur kid is 1 m old only, u need to be focussed on fedding currently as it's the best form of losing wt currently, maintain adequate hydration, u may try gentle exercises and yoga after discussing with your obstetrician
