How to reduce my c section tummy??

A. To reduce weight especially around stomach area, include fiber and protein rich foods in the diet and reduce intake of sugar, rice, potato, fried and packaged foods. Drink plenty of water and other fluids. Do skin toning exercises like squats, brisk walking, jogging, cycling, swimming, breathing and Yogasnas. Drinking warm jeera or lemon water first thing in the morning will help too.
