how to loose weight after pregnancy

A. hi as it has been 6 months after delivery ,I would suggest to start doing low impact exercises like pilates, gentle jogging , walking etc eat couple of bites less than usual. take food items like salad, sprouts , fruits more increase your fluid intake.
