How to loose weight after pregnancy ?

A. Hi Mom, eat a healthy and balanced diet. include homecooked meals with whole grains, millets, dals and pulses, milk and milk products, fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables, healthy fats and adequate water. add small mid-meals after 2 hours and regularize your meal timings. avoid processed, junk and fried foods, carbonated beverages, excess salt , sugar and fats, refined flour. you can start with walk, yoga or exercises.
