start some appetisers and iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day . .

Give 3 meals and 2 healthy snacks. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Good luck and take care.
