hi...would like to know how the products on firstcry are packed ....coz everytime i purchase any baby products (sebamed and cetaphil) do not come sealed packed ....I wounder whether the products are genuine or not....it's been 5 years ...I have been buying products from firstcry bt everytime the same story ...it's really a matter of concern....would appreciate prompt response on it ....thank you..
