Q.

Hi, My daughter is 4 yrs old but her weight is consistently low. she's just 14kgs. However, she is very active and energetic. She has also reached all her milestone on time. Is there a way to make her eat properly as she is a fussy eater and refuses to eat most of the time?

A. First of all of the child is active then nothing to worry much abd try to give one banana per day sweet potatoes pumpkin boiled potatoes eggs and add desi ghee I in meals abd nuts should be given

A. hi yes it is common behavior among kids but please set consistent mealtimes for your child. give Healthy ,high calorie food items like milk ,paneer ,ghee ,curd , butter , soya , banana,etc to your child offer few sips of water before half an hour of meal time which will help to boost your child metabolism and make your child take food well.
