Q.

#AskTheExpert My daughter is 6 years old and is weighing 14kgs. However, she is immensely active and stay energetic the whole day. I would like to ask suggestion on changing eating habits or some food which can be fed daily to gain some weight as she is quite slim and looks underage when plays with equal age friends. Thank you.

A. Ur Practically having a weight of three or a four year old child which is why your child is looking underweight and lean to you as compare to the friends you are saying so try to be good amount of protein to your child in daily diet and also good if you give good amount of fats as well along with proteins
