hi I was 13 week 6 days pregnant came for nt scan doctor said there is no heartbeat and had to do an abortion..what can be the reason for no heartbeat can it b because I had pcos n thyroid???

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. It’s a thyroid is under control then it is unlikely that thyroid has affected the pregnancy in anyway. Sometimes these kind of miss happenings happen spontaneously. Next time when you plan to start taking folic acid medications at least three months before you conceive
