A. its quite difficult to tell anything without examination. can be due to fungal or calcium deficiency. its better to consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised

A. it can due to any vitamin deficiency, In case of the patches patches are due it can even be birth marks it can be fungal infection or worms too then you can use antifungal creams which will work and monitor how it is And if it continues It's good to see your doctor
