Q.

hi....i am 27 weeks pregnant. my cervix length is 2.8 cm. Do I need to go for cervical encirclage or just prolutone 500 mg will be sufficient to avoid preterm labour.

A. cut off is 2.5.Well, this looks ok but avoid self medication. try giving proper diet n don't miss on dose in this. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you
