helo Dr my cervical length is 4.7 cm at 12 weeks & 3.4 cm at 18 weeks..is dis cervical length is ok or should I go for stitches

In such case you should definitely consult with your gynaecologist about it because it off the can only advise you well after examining you and baby and checking your reports. You should just follow the instructions given by a doctor and there is no need to take medicine till it is not advised by Dr.
