Q.

hi good morning iam 4 months pregnant can I eat dal rice and idli and dosa. some of them are not allowing to eat

A. you can definitely eat dal rice,idly dosa, have plenty of water or fluid intake, lods if green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits, dry fruits n nuts, milk n milk products , good source of proteins like eggs, all pulses, dals.

A. yes u can have all of those food items, but make sure of drinking sufficient amount of water else it might cause gas n acidity..

A. hello mum yes 4 month pregnant can eat all type of dals idli dosa and sambar if you have any restrictions at home pls do. follow with out any issues at home otherwise there is no problem in having those foods
