hi doctor, i had my C section operation with Tubectomy operations 7 months back.... can i use belt to reduce my pregnancy tummy .....

yes you can use tummy belt if your wounds of c section are completely healed.. follow hindi keep yourself hydrated and you take advice of your gynecologist
