when i have to use abdominal belt after 2nd C section & Tubectomy

its very helpful in tightening loose abdomen muscles and push organs to their original position

Hello ma’am If you want to use belt it is normally recommended to use it right after your delivery because that’s much more beneficial that time but if you haven’t use it as of now I don’t think so it is going to be of any use to you so just keep it and start a workout after 6 to 8 months of your delivery when your city is a completely healed
