but tying a cotton saree by rolling properly on abdomen is the best way . as it can be tied full day without any discomfort and has good results

Yes of course you can and you should but just make sure that you use use it correctly in the right place so that your stitches do not get affected otherwise you’ll unnecessarily feel more of pain it is not going to help in reducing your tummy but it will help in avoiding the saggy is that happens after delivery as a tummy become very loose
