Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it should be used after 10 days of delivery and now you can put a cotton sari as a belt and also have rich fibre and protein diet. And also have Shaadmani Rhododendron green tea as it helps in increasing metabolism and reduce weight as per my opinion and personal experience.
