Hi, after Cesarean how many months should we wear c- section belt to reduce tummy?

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. well upto six months you can wear a belt ok. as thats enough. you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stress
