Hi can I use mustard oil for baby massage

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes mustard. .oil os ok..e purpose of giving a gentle massage to your baby you can make use of any natural oil like coconut oil, almond oil, olive oil, sesame oil which ever you wish to.
the massage should be given in a very gentle manner that relaxes your baby and puts him to a better sleep

Aarika SachdevaMom of a 2 yr 10 m old girl6 months agoA. In all seasons I use only Johnson's Baby Oil for massaging my baby. I found it a good one as it's a non sticky light weight oil for massaging. She takes a good relaxing nap after massage.
