hi , can i feed rice 2 times per day for my 10 months old baby ... for one serving what quantity of rice i can feed

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes, can give twice a day. half bowl of rice or as much your baby eat happily. avoid force feeding. also give other cerekas, pulses, millets too.. tc.
