Hello, when do babies start responding to their names? My baby will turn 6 months in two days, he responds sometimes while sometimes he don't.

A. kids are moody . we can't exactly judge their next move .. Sometimes they respond sometimes don't this is normal...

A. You can expect that kind of a response by the age of one year approximately eight months to one year because a child has to first be familiar with the name you have to call your child with one name in that case with calling with different names to watch either normally get confused so stick to one name that you want to call your child would like the official and informal name that you want and hopefully you will see a change over the period
