A. the breast paining is just stay for only 15 days of the after new born baby birth then the pain will be gone. So you don't worry you should take hot pack of your breast to take massage.

A. if the symptoms are not very severe they are mild then it could be just a part of lactation you should not worry if this discontinue but if it is repeatedly happening again then you should consult your doctor

A. Use any nipple protector to stop the clothes from rubbing against your nipples. Use cotton breast pads and change them often. Check Babyhug Silicone Nipple Shield - Turquoise : made of 100% clear, soft and odourless liquid silicone, helps draw the nipple out when it is flat or inverted, protects sore nipple during feeding, makes mother's nipple easy to grasp when her breast is engorged. It is easy to clean.

A. Always offer the entire areola to your baby and do not let your baby latch on to the nipple only. Start feeding from the less sore breast first as the baby tends to latch harder in the first few minutes of feeding. Wipe your nipples with a warm wash cloth and let the nipples dry. Apply any moisturizer that suits your skin. Apply your own milk on the sore breasts or nipples.
