Hello , My child is 34 months old ,from few days he is getting a habit of taking his lower lip inside and trying to press it frequently.He is much addicted to it that he repeats it every 1 minute.Bcoz of this his lower lip is being swollen .Can anyone suggest some idea to get red of his habit .

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. you need to destroy the baby from this otherwise it will turn into a lip smacking habit and it will cause effect on the teeth of the baby . .

I Think your child is having some issue in that area which is why your child is all the time behaving like this so just check the gums teeth and lips of your child maybe your child is having some issue in the inner lip which is why your child is behaving like this if you cannot understand it then you should either consult a dentist or a paediatrician
