Hello mam ... I'm the mom of 64 days old baby ... I gained so much weight ... what exercise should I start in this period ... is it advisable to start ... I gone c section ... and when I can start doing yoga ... #asktheexperts

A. start with slow walk. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide yousee only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust her

A. exercises are advised to start after 4-6 months of c section delivery breastfeeding sheds weight restrict the sugar and sweet intake avoid oily and spicy food keep yourself well hydrated
