#askdoctors Hii I m the mother of two babies I have done 2 C-section my weight is gained alot plz guide me how to loose weight without exercise

A. hi...your tummy will take time to reduce as it has gone through nine months of rigorous changes. Keep breast feeding as it helps to reduce weight. start with light excercise and yoga daily. go for a brisk walk daily. you can do Suryanamaskar after 6 to 7 months. Tada asana for entire body. Eat a spoonful of methi daily with water. keep your self hydrated and drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily. You can mix lemon juice and honey in lukewarm water and drink it once a day, preferably in the morning.
