Q.

Hello madam, Myself Revathi and i am a mother of 4months old baby boy...I had c section..I want to loose my weight as i am looking like a pregnant again..I started walking from one week.. shall I start doing some home exercises like planks,pushups and squates?? And sometimes i am getting backache. Can you please suggest Belt for my tummy reduction and for back pain..

A. As you had Caesarean section you should not do any activity that will put extra pressure on your abdomen for at least six months after surgery. Until then if you want you can do brisk walking but don’t do dieting until you start giving solids to your baby.Write Your Answer Here

A. Hello mom No you cannot start doing any sort of workout now. Not even basic exercise. Because body need six months rest after C-section otherwise it can affect your health. So you can start doing this exercise only after six months. Till the time use maternity belt it will help to tight the skin around tummy and will also help in back pain.
