As you had Caesarean section you should not do any activity that will put extra pressure on your abdomen for at least six months after surgery. No you cannot start doing any sort of workout now. Not even basic exercise. Because body need six months rest after C-section otherwise it can affect your health. So you can start doing this exercise only after six months. Till the time use maternity belt it will help to tight the skin around tummy and will also help in back pain.
