Hello, I am a mother of 6 month old baby can I eat oats and will it increase breast milk?? Any side effects of using oats

A. Hello mom Oats are considered very healthy so you should definitely I did in your regular diet plan and it will not affect your breast milk at all. While being a breastfeeding mother you should try to avoid taking fried food and spicy food because it can create gastric issues in babies Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
