Q.
do oats help in production of milk???for breastfeeding....pleass suggest. ..i am planing to eat oats with milk so i can get increases with milk while breastfeeding??

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. yes definitely oats helps in increasing the breast milk formation and you should also go for home based food made from green leafy vegetables cereals pulses shatavari supplements which again help in increasing the breast milk formation

U Can try it there is no sure shot guarantee of anything that it is going to increase your breast feed if you’re fond of eating oats you can have oats in any form that you want to if it is going to increase and good for you otherwise it is healthy only so doesn’t matter
