Hello Dr. my pregnancy is on 15week all the day feeling tiredness, dizziness and getting vomit early in the morning, is this symptoms or any issues?

A. normal symptoms in first trimester. if there is no relief it is better you see your doctor for proper examination particularly physical examination if there is need for doing investigations to find out the problem and treatment ok
