Q.

hello, am in my 3rd month now and its my first pregnancy. i feel that my head feels so heavy whenever i take a nap .also my mouth and throat feels so dry.. (though am drinking enough water) can anyone please tell me y is this happening

A. Hi parent I suggest you please consult with your gynecologist about this matter because physical examination is important for proper diagnosis and treatment please take well balance diet with adequate quantity of water and sleep well
