Oil massage is considered as very useful to improve the blood flow and immunity levels.

It would be completely your choice as to for how long do you want to use it there is no specific time you can use it for six months to Manya also if your doctor has advised to go ahead with for some reason then you can ask your doctor only they will be able to give you better clarity on this thanks
