Sonam PrasadMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hi dear Since we have established that carotenemia is harmless, it's OK to consume “too much” carrots. Nevertheless, if you don't like a yellow baby, try not to give more than half a cup of carrots (about 6 baby carrots), pumpkin or sweet potatoes on a daily basis.
