Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 6 m old girl2 months agoA. Multivitamin which you can of course there is no problem during lactation anyways multivitamin iron and calcium I suggested to be taken for at least the minimum six months of your delivery it’s a good idea to take this one
