Can I eat Goondh Kay ladoo during pregnancy

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. basically it is considered to be beneficial for new mothers however I would not recommend you to have during pregnancy because it is said that it has good garam taseer but I don't think that would be great for the child so it is better to avoid during the pregnancy time
