can I eat chia seeds at 9 week of pregnancy?

Chia seeds is not a problem in fact none of the seats are problem as far as I know but since it’s a very early pregnancy you should take a chat with the gynaecologist specifically about the things which you completely need to avoid during the time of pregnancy
