POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy1 Year agoA. It's usually completely normal and nothing to worry about. But, sometimes if they're spitting up and seem to have other symptoms, they may arch their back. Similar to when babies have colic, they might arch their back because it helps bring down the feeling that come with reflux.
