You can go for olive oil or almond oil both are very good options which you can use throughout the year but since winters are approaching if it is suitable for you I would recommend you to use mustard oil or Dabur Lal oil as this is excellent choice to be used during the time of winter this one is precisely loaded with ayurveda benefits so it’s very good if you use it
