#asktheexperts My baby is 4.5 months old and her weight (4.7kg) is on the lower side she is refusing my breast so what can I do

A. Hello good morning !! Babies gain 400-900 gm per month and by 5-6 months they double their birth weight . Give frequent feeds at least for 5-10 minutes to avoid dehydration,thirst and it helps in weight gain. Sleep 14-16 hours a day is must as sleep impacts on growth hormone.
