even lactating mothers quite stressed and unhealthy due to insufficient sleep and rest..so its better to recover properly.

Hello dear actually in this current scenario many doctors have different opinions some are saying to not to take it and other are saying that it's a immunity booster so u should definitely go for it but nothing is confirmed so u should wait for few days or get it clear from ur personal gynecologist
