well from the advice of many pediatricians and gynecologists it is good to take vaccine for lactating mothers.
but on other hand, government of India is not recommending it to nursing mothers.
but there are good number of studies which Suggest that lactating mothers can take it.
so decision is yours.
but personally I suggest you to visit your gynecologist for this
