Q.
#asktheexperts is coconut oil is safe for winter in our place its too cold. And my baby have running nose please suggest me which oil should I massage to make him warm.

You may use olive oil, seasam oil, almond oil, mustard oil yo massage your baby.
mustard oil would be bery good.

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and as per my opinion and personal opinion you should avoid coconut oil in winter as it is cold in nature and use Luke warm mustard oil on baby chest back and feet.
