#asktheexperts i am in my 5th month. I missed my calcium tablet from last 4-5 days because of its size and now I am having severe right eg pain. What to do

A. Hello! You should be taking the course of supplements as advised by the doctor for a proper nutritional supplementation, especially when you are exclusively, breastfeed your baby. Eat well balance, healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all day. Always sit in a comfortable position while you breastfeed.
