ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. it's good to ise pure oil fir hairs n skin. oling scalp n hairs are good. You can apply and do gentally massage the scalp with coconut oil, Castor oil , mustard oil.

Maintain a good personal hygiene. Gradually include all food groups. Serve healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating.
