#asktheexperts As per doctors advice I've started solids for my 5 months old baby boy from past 2 days I'm giving him apple puree but he's refusing to drink water, how should I feed him water?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 day agoA. Namaste Mom Not to worry gradually the baby would get used to it , just initially if the baby takes a few tsp is also fine ... give other liquids such as dal or rice water or fresh fruit juices or vegetable soups

It is completely normal for a five month old baby to refuse Water as they are still getting all the necessary hydration from breastmilk or formula milk. Try offering water in Babyhug stainless steel feeders to help your learn different ways of drinking liquids
